Janet O'Hanlon
Janet L. O’Hanlon received her undergraduate degree from the State University College of Oneonta, New York in 1983, and her law degree from Touro College, Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center in 1992 (Magna Cum Laude) where she was a member of the Law Review and a Dean’s Fellow, while also receiving numerous awards for academic excellence. She was admitted to the New York State Bar in 1993, and to the US District Court, Eastern District of New York in 1994.
Ms. O’Hanlon was an Associate with the Law Firm of Bijesse, Belford & Dolewski from 1993 through 1996, and the firm of Bijesse & Belford from 1996 through 1997. Ms. O’Hanlon joined the firm of Winkler, Kurtz, Winkler and Kuhn, LLP as an Associate attorney in 1998.
Ms. O’Hanlon is an experienced attorney concentrating primarily in the areas of Elder Law, Trust & Estates, Family Law, Personal Injury and General Litigation at both the trial and appellate levels. Ms. O’Hanlon provides litigation support to all members of the Firm and handles all aspects of estate planning and administration for the Firm.
